Students are required to complete the following 10.0 credits to fulfill requirements for the Business Administration degree with a Specialization in Human Resource Management:
- 0.5 ADMN 1221H - Financial Accounting
- 0.5 ADMN 2010H - Management Skills
- 0.5 ADMN 2100H - Introduction to Marketing
- 0.5 ADMN 2510H - Organizational Theory
- 0.5 ADMN 3021H - Fundamentals of Managerial Accounting
- 0.5 ADMN 3200H - Financial Management
- 0.5 ADMN 3300H - Personal Ethics in Organizations and Business
- 0.5 ADMN 4030H - Strategic Management
- 0.5 ADMN 4101H - Thinking About Management
- 0.5 ECON 1020H - Introductory Macroeconomics
- 0.5 ECON 1250H - Introduction to Mathematics for Economics and Management
- 0.5 ECON 2200H - Introduction to Statistics for Economics and Management
- 0.5 Business Administration credit at the 3000 level or beyond in addition to the above
- 3.5 elective credits, including the following:
- At least 1.0 credits at the 3000 or 4000 level;
- No more than 0.5 credit at the 1000 level;
- At least 0.5 credit from the Approved Indigenous Course List.
*Additional notes: Students interested in pursuing the Specialization must complete ADMN 3290H as part of elective choice credits above. To be recognized as achieving the specialization, students must achieve a minimum overall average of 70%, and no less than 65%, in each of ADMN 1221H, 3021H and 3290H. Upon successful completion of the specialization, students will have satisfied all of the course requirements for the "Certified Human Resources Professional Designation™" and will be eligible to write the Comprehensive Knowledge Exam™. While pass grades fulfill the requirements of the specialization, students are referred to the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario for minimum grade requirements in their courses at Fleming College.

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
