Students are required to complete the following 10.0 credits to fulfill requirements for the Business Administration degree with a Specialization in Human Resource Management:

• 0.5 ADMN 1221H - Financial Accounting
• 0.5 ADMN 2010H - Management Skills
• 0.5 ADMN 2100H - Introduction to Marketing
• 0.5 ADMN 2510H - Organizational Theory
• 0.5 ADMN 3021H - Fundamentals of Managerial Accounting
• 0.5 ADMN 3200H - Financial Management
• 0.5 ADMN 3290H - Canadian Employment Law
• 0.5 ADMN 3300H - Personal Ethics in Organizations and Business
• 0.5 ADMN 4030H - Strategic Management
• 0.5 ADMN 4101H - Thinking About Management
• 0.5 ECON 1020H - Introductory Macroeconomics 
• 0.5 ECON 1250H - Introduction to Mathematics for Economics and Management
• 0.5 ECON 2200H - Introduction to Statistics for Economics and Management
• 3.5 elective credits, including the following:
  • At least 1.0 credits at the 3000 or 4000 level;
  • No more than 0.5 credit at the 1000 level;
  • At least 0.5 credit from the Approved Indigenous Course List.

*Additional notes: To be recognized as completing the requirements for the Specialization in Human Resource management, students must obtain a minimum grade of 65%, and a minimum overall average of 70%, from the three remaining courses (ADMN 1221H, 3021H and 3290H). Upon successful completion of the specialization, students will have satisfied all of the course requirements for the "Certified Human Resources Professional Designation™" and will be eligible to write the Comprehensive Knowledge Exam™. While pass grades fulfill the requirements of the specialization, students are referred to the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario for minimum grade requirements in their courses at Fleming College.
