- 1.0 unassigned Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems credits at the 2000 level
- 1.5 unassigned Science credits at the 2000 level
Students who began studies in the Horticulture Food and Farming Diploma program prior to Fall 2022 are encouraged to contact Trent University for information about transfer credits received as part of this pathway.

To qualify for this agreement, students must have:
-successfully completed Durham College's Horticulture - Food and Farming Technician Diploma program;
-a minimum overall average of 75%.

*Additional notes:
- ERST 2100H and 2520H are recommended due to major prerequisite requirements.
- Courses without specified year levels must include at least 2.0 credits at the 3000 and/or 4000 level(s), and no more than 2.5 credits at the 1000 level.

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
