Transfer credits for students who completed the Practical Nursing Diploma program more than 5 years ago will be assessed on a course-by-course basis.

Exigences

To qualify for this pathway, students must:

  • Successfully complete Fleming College's Practical Nursing Diploma program;
  • Achieve a minimum overall average of 75%;
  • Complete the Practical Nursing Diploma program within the last five years;
  • Have registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. This requirement will be waived for students who enter the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Honours) within six months of graduating from the Practical Nursing Diploma program.

*Additional notes: Admission to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Honours) is competitive. As a result, meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee admission.

This Agreement will be reviewed annually, or more frequently if significant curriculum changes occur at either institution that may impact the pathway. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing one year's written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the parties will make reasonable efforts to ensure that students currently enrolled in the pathway are able to complete their studies without disruption.
