- 0.5 PSYC 1020H – Introduction to Psychology Part 1: Experimental and Biological Bases of Behaviour
- 0.5 SOCI 1001H – Introduction to Sociology I: Critical Foundation
- 0.5 WRIT 1001H – Write in Time
- 0.5 unassigned Business Administration credit at the 2000 level
- 0.5 unassigned Political Studies credit at the 1000 level
- 0.5 unassigned Sociology credit at the 1000 level
- 1.5 unassigned Art credits at the 1000 level
*Additional notes: Students who have completed Fleming College's Indigenous Perspectives Designation (IPD) are also eligible to receive transfer credit for INDG 1002H - Foundations of Modern Indigenous Life. Students must notify admissions@trentu.ca that they have completed the IPD in order to receive the additional credit.
Transfer credits for students beginning studies in the Paralegal Diploma program prior to Fall 2018 will be awarded on a course-by-course basis.

- successfully completed Fleming College’s Paralegal Diploma program;
- a minimum overall average of 75%.

Students are required to complete the following 14.0 credits to fulfill requirements for the Criminology degree:
- 0.5 CRIM 1615H – Introduction to Criminology
- 0.5 CRIM 2616H – Monsters and Misfits CRIM 3617H – Criminological Data Analysis
- 0.5 CRIM 2617H – Criminology Research Methods
- 0.5 CRIM 3617H – Criminological Data Analysis
- 0.5 CRIM 3650H – Doing Crime and Doing Time: Advanced Research Design
- 0.5 CRIM 3660H – Policing and Punishing Poverty
- 0.5 INDG 3201H – Indigenous Peoples in Urban Centres – City as Home
- 0.5 SOCI 1002H - Introduction to Sociology Part II: Exploring Social Life
- 0.5 credit from the following:
- 0.5 SOCI 2220H – Intersecting Social Inequalities;
- 0.5 SOCI 2610H – Deviance and Social Control
- 2.0 Criminology credits at the 4000 level

- Students are encouraged to complete CRIM 1615H - Introduction to Criminology in the term prior to entering Trent for greater upper-year course options in the first year of full-time studies.
- The Criminology degree is also offered entirely online.

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
