Requirements

Students of Sheridan's General Arts and Science Diploma who have completed one year with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 (B or 70%) will be eligible for admission consideration. 

Students will be allowed to apply to York University to take up to 12 credits worth of York University courses while they pursue their General Arts and Science studies at Sheridan College. To be eligible to enroll in York University courses during General Arts and Science studies, student must have completed all 1st and 2nd semester courses of the General Arts and Science program and have an overall GPA of at least 3.0 (B or 70%). Students having completed all 1st semester courses with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and enrolled in required 2nd semester courses of the General Arts and Science program may be conditionally admitted to York University. Students must also meet any additional program specific admission requirements to be considered for admission at York University.
