Graduates of three-year Ontario College Advanced Diploma programs in Business Administration with a cumulative 3.0 GPA or B- average are eligible to apply. Applicants must still meet admissions requirements for the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Labour Studies program. Program Residency Requirement

Students must complete a minimum of one and a half years (15 semester courses, 7.5 full credits) for a Bachelor of Arts (General) in Labour Studies degree.

Major Requirements

a) Thirteen Labour Studies courses: 54-100, 54-105, 54-200, 54-204, 54/48-225 or 54/34-237, 54-301, 54-318, 54/48-326, 54/48-332, 54/43-349, 54/46-370, 54/53-3xx*, and 54-401.

Other Requirements

b) 01-150 and 01-151**

**Where the applicant has completed courses equivalent to 01-150 and 01-151, two other courses from any area of study will be substituted by the applicant.

Cancellation Policy

This transfer pathway may be cancelled if major program changes at either institution occur and will be formally reviewed every five years. Any change to the transfer pathway will not affect current students. Students enrolled at Windsor at the time of change or cancellation shall be allowed to complete their degree based on the terms of the original pathway.
