- 0.5 WRIT 1001H - Write in Time
- 0.5 WRIT 2002H - Write It Up: Effective Communication
- 0.5 unassigned Policing and Community Well-being credit at the 2000 level
- 0.5 unassigned Political Studies credit at the 1000 level
- 0.5 unassigned Sociology credit at the 1000 level
- 1.0 unassigned Arts credit at the 1000 level
*Additional notes: Students who have completed Fleming College's Indigenous Perspectives Designation (IPD) are also eligible to receive transfer credit for INDG 1002H - Foundations of Modern Indigenous Life. Students must notify admissions@trentu.ca that they have completed the IPD in order to receive the additional credit.
Transfer credits for students beginning studies in the Protection, Security and Investigation Diploma program prior to Fall 2019 will be awarded on a course-by-course basis.

- a minimum overall average of 75%.

- 0.5 PLCW 2005H - Diversity and Exclusion
- 0.5 PLCW 2010H - Conflict Resolution
- 0.5 PLCW 2100H - Research Methods in Policing and Community Well-being
- 0.5 PLCW 3002H - Mental Health, Addiction and Community Well-being
- 0.5 PLCW 3003H - Violence in the Community
- 0.5 PLCW 3004H - Applications of Multidisciplinary Research
- 0.5 PLCW 3007H - Problem-solving in a Complex and Diverse Community
- 0.5 SOCI 1002H - Introduction to Sociology II: Exploring Social Life
- 1.0 Policing and Community Well-being credits at the 4000 level
- 7.0 additional credits, including:
- At least 40 credits at the 3000 and/or 4000 level(s);
- No more than 0.5 credit at the 1000 level.

- Fulfilling the requirements above lead to a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Policing and Community Well-being. Students interested in pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (General) in Policing and Community Well-being are required to complete 14.0 credits at Trent University. Consultation with an academic advisor and the Academic Calendar about differing requirements are strongly encouraged.
- Students may take only one of PLCW 4004Y or 4005Y for credit.
- CHYS-COMM 2010H and SOCI 2151H are equivalent to PLCW 2100H for program requirements but do not count as Policing and Community Well-being credit. Students who have successfully completed CHYS-COMM 2010H or SOCI 2151H are not permitted to take PLCW 2100H but must substitute another PLCW course at the 2000 level or beyond in order to fulfill degree requirements.
- Students are encouraged to include one of SOCI 2430H - Sociology of Gender, 2610H - Deviance and Social Control, or 2615H - Crime and Society as electives for the degree.

The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
