- Fulfilling the requirements above lead to a Bachelor of Arts in Policing and Community Well-being. Students interested in completing the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Policing and Community Well-being must complete 14.0 credits at Trent University. Consultation with an academic advisor and the Academic Calendar about differing degree requirements are strongly encouraged.
- Students may take only one of PLCW 4004Y or 4005Y for credit.
- CHYS-COMM 2010H and SOCI 2151H are equivalent to PLCW 2100H for program requirements but do not count as Policing and Community Well-being credit. Students who have successfully completed CHYS-COMM 2010H or SOCI 2151H are not permitted to take PLCW 2100H but must substitute another PLCW credit at the 2000 level or beyond in order to fulfill degree requirements.
- Students are encouraged to include one of SOCI 2430H - Sociology of Gender, 2610H - Deviance and Social Control, or 2615H - Crime and Society as electives for the degree.

Cancellation Policy
The agreement will be reviewed annually, or sooner in the event of major curriculum changes in either partner’s programs. This agreement may be terminated by either party. In this case, notice of one year is required. In the event of termination of the agreement, every effort will be made to ensure that students currently enrolled in the program will not be affected.
