Requirements
Graduates of a 2-year Social Service Worker - Gerontology diploma with a GPA of 70% or higher may be considered for admission into the 5th semester of the program in the Fall term.

Domestic students will be required to submit an application via Ontario Colleges Application Service (OCAS) and select “degree completion” as their entry semester. Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.

Student's enrolled in the receiving institution at the time of any pathway changes will be given the opportunity to complete their studies based on the transfer pathway in effect at the time of enrollment.
