Cancellation Policy
The agreement shall be continuous from year to year; however, either party may terminate the agreement if notice in writing is given at least 12 months prior to the date on which termination becomes effective. Students enrolled in the program at the time of notice of termination will be given the opportunity to complete their degree studies within three years based on the terms of the agreement when they commenced their studies.
