Program Transfer Search

Eligible students will be granted transfer credits equivalent to year one of the program.

Students who have successfully completed year One of a two year ECE diploma plus one year experience working with children may apply for the Early Childhood Education fast-track diploma program.  All qualified applicants will be required to attend an information session, complete a questionnaire, and attend an interview.  Successful applicants will be required to attend orientation courses for two weeks in June and a final placement in May of the following year.  Official transcripts are required to provide proof successful completion of year one and a Resume is required as proof of experience working with children.   This program has a September start date only.   Apply to C130 at Ontario Colleges no later than June 1 to be considered for the program.

Program Residency Requirement

20 courses including orientation and field practice

This is an ongoing pathway that is subject to periodic review.  If this pathway is cancelled for any reason, students enrolled in the program shall have the opportunity to complete the program within then normal time period of the program.
