Program Transfer Search

Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria may be admitted into the 2nd year of the Bachelor of Science (Building Science) (Honours) program, subject to space availability.

Graduates of the Construction Engineering Technician Ontario College Diploma  with a minimum CGPA of 2.7 (B-, 70%) will be eligible for admission to the 2nd year of the 4 year degree. Students can expect to complete their degree in an additional 3 years after completing their Ontario College Diploma. This program is available in-class.

Program Residency Requirement

All courses in Year 2, Year 3, and Year 4 must be successfully completed plus two Co-op Work Terms.

This transfer pathway shall be continuous from year to year. Students enrolled in the receiving institution at the time of the notice of termination will be given the opportunity to complete their studies based on the terms of the transfer pathway.
