- 0.5 unassigned Arts credit at the 2000 level
- 0.5 unassigned Policing and Community Well-being credit at the 2000 level
- 0.5 unassigned Sociology credit at the 1000 level
- 1.5 unassigned Science credits at the 1000 level
- 1.5 unassigned Science credit at the 2000 level
*Additional notes: Students who have completed Fleming College's Indigenous Perspectives Designation (IPD) are also eligible to receive transfer credit for INDG 1002H - Foundations of Modern Indigenous Life. Students must notify admissions@trentu.ca that they have completed the IPD in order to receive the additional credit.
Students who began studies in the Developmental Services Worker Diploma program prior to Fall 2023 are encouraged to contact Trent University for information about transfer credits received as part of this pathway.

To qualify for the block of transfer credits, students must have:
- Successfully completed Fleming Colleges ’s Developmental Services Worker Diploma;
- A minimum overall average of 75%.
